The Pakistani drama queen Veena Malik, who hogged limelight after delivering attention-grabbing tantrums on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 4′, will now be seen making the latest cricket shows on the small screen.
With the World Cup fever at its peak, the entertainment honchos sensing the pulse of the nation have roped in the Pakistani bombshell for two cricket based shows namely ‘Cricket o tainment’ and ‘Bigg Toss’, so as to add on to the temperature of the season.
On being interviewed by a tabloid about her new undertakings, the hottie guaranteed that the sport shows will truly be entertaining, as any show featuring her would undoubtedly be as sizzling and chic, as she is.
When grilled about the fundamentals of the game, the babelicious babe said that she was aware of the essentials of the game and claimed herself to be a lasso with beauty with brains.
When tested about her knowledge on cricket, the actress said, “I know the basics of the game. I know when Sachin Tendulkar will enter the stadium he’ll break the record of Sanath Jayasuriya and even Miandad.”
“Obviously, if I am there, the fashion element is going to be there,” she said firmly.
“I am very fashionable. People always love my sense of styling. So many young girls out there look up to me. But I am not all fashion and beauty only, I have brains also.”
Ashmit and Hrishant out, Sanjit in?
Seems like after wooing Ashmit and Hrishant in the ‘Bigg Boss 4’ house, the lady killer is now looking forward to draw nearer wrestler Sanjit Kumar, aka Sangram Singh, a contestant of the new show ‘Bigg Toss’.
The show ‘Bigg Toss’ has zeroed in 14 contestants, who are divided into two groups and fortunately or unfortunately Sangram and Veena fall into the same group.
In a conversation with the media, the wrestler said that he and Veena have become friends and they share this relationship both on-screen as well as off-screen.
When asked about his new acquaintance, Sangram said, “With Veena, it has been a friendly bond, so far. Shooting ke baad bhi achche dost ki tarah baeth ke baat karte hain. She even hugged me and sent me a flying kiss. I hope this doesn’t create any controversy.”
It’s learnt that after grabbing much public attention on ‘Bigg Boss 4’, Veena called off her commitment with the New York based Pakistani businessman, Faisal Akbar Khan.
