How has your reception in India been? Have you had to face any problems because you are a Pakistani?
Not much ! Becoz in India if there might be a small section of people who might dislike me but a large scale of ppl actually love me so they voted for me also in Bigg Boss.. but yes I do face certain Visa prblms bcoz I have to wait hrs and hrs to get my Visa.. but thats O.K!! : )

Was there any particular reason that made you come to India?
The only reason is that people love me sooooo much here.. and the culture and language is the same so I feel like home.. People are so warm here!!

I haven’t planned much but just chosing some good offers.. but the day I stop getting offers I will leave from India..Haven’t planned much u c !!

Even I feel that if I have to wear certain clothes I will do so.. women are equally free to do and wear whatever they want.. For me woman is woman ..she is not a muslim or hindu or christian or any other caste… Women needs all the respect in Society today…

what is your view on the freedom of indian women.
I think India has improved a lot over the years… Indian woman is far more free and confident when compared to Pakistani woman.. And I feel that a stronger woman makes a stronger society..

Well! I decided to stand for the women there and thats it! SInce I have stepped out of my house I have faced so much.. I was actually hurt at the entire episode…

Do you family have any issues with what you do here in India?
Not at all.. they trust me..they know what exactly I m doing… at the beginning my dad was sceptical for me to enter the film world but now they exactly know who Veena Malik is!

Somehow you seem to smart for someone like Ashmit Patel. What about him attracted you?
I guess I m not friends with him bcoz he is Ashmit Patelbut bcoz he has a wonderful heart and he is nice human being!

I eat less… I am not a foodie at all.. I exactly know where exactly to put a full stop.. so I think it has helped me a lot!

Four sisters and one brothers and my mom and dad and six children to my sisters…

I appreciate all the brave ppl and who have made a difference to the society and have made the society a better place to live… but I don’t have any role model as such.. I don’t believe in it..

I am already doing female oriented roles.. I m working on my terms..

I want to work.. may be tv or films that make sense to me.. but cant say that I have plans abt my profession and life..

When it comes to ppl and culture it is almost the same..but the entertainment industry in India is a huge one.. but in Pakistan it cannot just be compared to India…

Not at all!! I would say that which already exists in the society..something which creates some kind of awareness I would willingly do it but not otherwise!!
