LAHORE: Actress Veena Malik filed a writ petition against Cricketer Muhammed Asif at Lahore High Court (LHC) as earlier she was denied an FIR against the cricketer, Geo News reported Wednesday.

In her plea at the LHC, she said the Session Court ordered the case be registered against the Cricketer Asif; but, police remained inactive on the issue as yet.

Veena Malik further alleged police of partiality; therefore, he requested the LHC to get the orders of Session court enacted.
