Even Rakhi Sawant, who was selected for the first season, wanted another chance to find herself a husband, after her experience with Elesh. She also told the channel that she would want to run a background check on the candidates” a source told Mumbai Mirror.

Rakhi, who got engaged to Elesh Parujanwala on national television but didn’t marry him later, wanted a second chance to find a groom. She even agreed to sign a pre-nuptial agreement with the groom and a contract to ensure she would get married this time, reportedly.

Probably Veena’s popularity in the country from her appearance in Color’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss worked in her favour.
