My work speaks louder than words: Veena Malik

Mumbai: Following a controversial MMS video, allegedly featuring Rajan Verma and the Indian actress Veena Malik, hits the internet during the past few days, Veena came out of the dusk and clarified her stance.
Quickly responding to the speculations being going around the internet, Veena said that the MMS, released on YouTube by an unknown person, was not her personal video but taken from her upcoming film ‘Zindagi 50-50′.
“I don’t need such kind of cheap and false publicity using fake sounds which was originally my song I have put in lot of efforts to reach this far, like I say my work speaks more than words,” Veena opined.
Notorious Veena said, “I am very upset about the MMS that was leaked portraying me wrongly. It takes lot of energy and hard work to achieve work I have been shooting day and night for my upcoming Telugu movie “Nagna Satyam”.
Meanwhile, she has asked the film Director Rajiv Ruia to investigate into the matter and take action against the culprit.

“I am very upset about the MMS that was leaked because it portrayed me wrongly. I have been busy working on my upcoming Telugu movie ‘Nagna Satyam’. While ‘Nagna Satyam’ is based on true story, my other project ‘The City That Never Sleeps’ is also keeping me busy. I have been busy preparing for the contest and promotion campaign of ‘The City That Never Sleeps’ which is produced by Satish Reddy and directed by Haroon Rashid. I am looking forward to the release of ‘Mumbai 125Kms’ directed by Hemant Madhukar and ‘Dirty Picture’ in Kannada. I also have another film ‘Supermodel’ in the pipeline. So as far as work is concerned, I’m extremely busy and I wouldn’t need such kind of cheap and false publicity. I have worked hard to achieve whatever I have managed to. I’m happy that my work speaks louder than words,” Veena said.
