Report by Santanu Ganguly; New Delhi: Till now we have seen reality shows on entertainment channels but this is the first time that any Indian news channel has gone all out to launch a reality TV show “Big toss” involving celebrities for a World Cup sporting event.

As World Cup fever grips the Indian subcontinent, India TV has assembled top notch celebrities, notably Veena Malik and Rakhi Sawant, and Pop singer Shankar Sahney, Ahok Masti, Ex- cricketer YograjSingh, Sylvie, Swamy Aravind, ModelSakshi Bhayana, RJ Simran and many more. They will watch World Cup cricket matches involving India and discuss the pros and cons of players in their inimitable style. The guests will be housed in an exclusive villa.

MUMBAI: From March 15 onwards, actors and artistes from across the border will have to obtain a no-objection certificate (NOC) from Pakistan’s interior ministry before travelling to India. The decision was taken at a high-level meeting with the interior minister Rehman Malik in Islamabad on Thursday evening. Alos, Pakistan’s ministry of culture will certify actors and artistes travelling to India before the NOC is issued to them.

Veena Malik is back in yet another Indian cricket-based reality TV show, ‘Bigg Toss’, and this time, her dance number is possibly longer than her previous appearances on Bigg Boss.

According to the video description, 12 contestants will be pitted against each other to “cash in on the World Cup fever” with the centre of attraction being “television hotties, Veena Malik and Bollywood item girl Rakhi Sawant.”

New Delhi, February 20 (ANI):After entertaining in Bigg Boss 4, Veena Malik is ready to play yet another innings.She is hosting a show on Cricket world cup, named ‘Bigg Toss’ for a news channel.Though she is caught amply unaware of the cricket terminology but she promises that the glamour quotient in her cricket shows will be high. Co-hosted by Rakhi Sawant, ‘Bigg Toss’, will be shown only when India is playing. It features 12 contestants divided into two groups who will choose their favourite player from the Indian team and bet on him. The group that scores the maximum points will be declared the winner of a Honda car.
