Hum Sab Ummeed Se Hain
Veena began her TV career with hosting Hum Sab Ummeed Se Hain. The show was the first of its kind because for the first time in the history of Pakistani TV, a show dared to do a satire on the political and social situation of Pakistan. At the time the show aired initially it was nothing less than blasphemy but slowly everyone began to see the truth and it became popular in the first few weeks of airing. Veena, being the pioneer of such a show format, received wide recognition and appreciation from all over the world for her bold and honest comments on national television.
Miss Duniya
After the runaway success of Hum Sab Ummeed Se Hain, Veena decided to take the next step with Miss Duniya. In this show, which already started on the wave of Veena Malik, she mimicked many famous celebrities from entertainers, actors, singers to politicians. After about fifty such successful caricatures the channel, owing to the popularity of the show nominated Veena Malik to the Guinness Book of World Records. This show received a lot of attention from the international media.

Bigg Boss
Her immense popularity in her home country as a TV celebrity resulted in her inclusion in Bigg Boss, a reality TV show in India. Veena featured in the 4th Season of Bigg Boss. Her ethics, values and her representation of her home culture in the show resulted in her being called “The hero of liberal Pakistan” by the media.
Bigg Toss
Post Bigg Boss, during the World Cup that was held in the Asian Subcontinent, Veena hosted a popular show based on World Cup 2011 called the Bigg Toss and the show was a huge hit in India. Veena did the show because cricket has always been her favourite game and according to her Cricket World Cups are one of the biggest entertainers.
Swayamvar
Veena Malik has been approached to do the 4th Season of Swayamvar, a show where Veena will pick a suitable groom for herself from scores of contestants all over the world. It is a reality TV show where the Veena will “marry” the winning candidate. The show has been titled Veena Ka Swayamvar.
